Vritika is an enthusiastic third-year medical student with a strong aptitude for mathematics and a passion for helping students build confidence in the subject. With 5 years of teaching experience, she is competent in breaking down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations that are accessible and engaging. Patient, organised, and punctual, she has a supportive teaching style that champions questions and independent thinking. Outside the hospital and the classroom, Vritika is an avid karate practitioner, working as an assistant karate instructor as an extracurricular. She evaluates students in small groups, while providing patient, constructive feedback to facilitate their improvement. Similar to her tutoring approach, while teaching karate, she exercises great empathy when communicating with struggling pupils and adapts her methods to their needs.
